Sarah Hooper, LEED AP

 

Ms. Hooper is a recent graduate from Georgia Tech's undergraduate architecture program. In her various roles on Knight Architects, Inc. (KAI) design teams she is gaining critical work experience and completing her Intern Development Program (IDP). Ms. Hooper joined KAI in 2011. Previously she spent her senior year abroad, electing to intern at a French architectural firm for six months after graduation. 

Since joining KAI, Ms. Hooper has become LEED AP BD+C certified.

Ms. Hooper has quickly developed proficiency in our modeling/design programs. As a result she's become an active design team member on a number of KAI projects, including several for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and three projects at Georgia Tech. She has been actively involved in the following architectural projects: dining facilities, a central issue facility, warehouse and administrative facility, phase I and II renovations of Georgia Tech's Football Operations Center and the John & Mary Brock Football Practice Facility. Her contributions to these project have allowed us to accelerate our workflow.

Ms. Hooper is proficient in Bentley Microstation and BIM, as well as AutoDesk AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Georgia Institute of Technology, 2010
