Ms. DeMichina joined Knight Architects, Inc. (KAI) in 2007. Previously she worked for a firm with a focus in civic and educational architecture and for a jewelry designer.
Since joining KAI, Ms. DeMichina has achieved LEED AP certification and become a registered architect. These accomplishments are reflective of her commitment to continous improvement of her professional abilities. She is a talented and creative architectural and interior designer. She excels at working with clients on the charrette phase of projects.
Ms. DeMichina has been an active participant on several design teams for various KAI projects. These design-build and design-bid-build projects have included: administrative buildings, battalion and brigade headquarters, indoor athletic practice facilities, barracks, meeting rooms, military entrace processing station, and dining facilties. The projects have been both new construction and renovations.
In addition to her work on active projects, we frequently tap into Ms. DeMichina's creativity to assist in the development of marketing materials.
Ms. DeMichina is proficient in the following design programs: AutoDesk AutoCAD and Revit, as well as Bentley Microstation and BIM.
